How to View All Profiles I'm Connected With in CI People Directory?

Solution Overview: 

CI automatically tracks all profiles you have indicated a connection with and organizes them into a centralized list for easy access. This includes profiles you’ve marked with a thumb or handshake.

To complete this task:

  1. Access the CI People Directory
  2. Open the “I want to” menu
  3. Select “View Tags & Lists”
  4. Locate “Automated Lists”

Tactical Rundown: 

Step 1: Open the “I want to” Menu, Select “View Tags & Lists”

From anywhere within the CI People Directory, locate and select the “I want to” dropdown menu in the top right corner. Within the dropdown, select the 7th option from the top, “View Tags & Lists”.

Step 2: Locate “My Connected Profiles” List Under “Automated Lists”

Under “Automated Lists” is “My Connected Profiles”, which is a list that displays profiles a user has either a thumb or handshake connection with.

  • This list is automatically generated and maintained by CI
  • It includes all profiles a user has connected with via a thumb or handshake
  • Profiles are continuously added as users interact with more profiles

Step 3: Automatic Updates Going Forward

Any time a user connects with a profile in the future:

  • The profile is automatically added to this list
  • No manual tracking or saving is required
  • List stays up to date in real time
