Launching CI Knowledge Base & An Overview of 2/16 CI People Directory Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Release Summary: This release introduces the CI Knowledge Base, a centralized resource hub designed to help Enterprise subscribers better understand current and forthcoming CI People Directory functionality, provide thorough explanatory articles, support links, and release notes.

CI also restored key Enterprise administrative pages and resolved several performance-impacting bugs to improve performance and data accuracy.

    1. Current: CI People Directory Enterprise Subscribers
    2. Future: CI People Directory Individual Subscribers, CI Matter Connector Subscribers
  2. What it does:
    1. Enterprise subscribers can now access explanatory articles covering CI People Directory features and detailed release notes to stay up to date on new enhancements

  3. Why it matters:
    1. This enables users to extract maximum value from the CI People Directory through just-in-time resources, while reducing support friction and delays

  4. Availability:
    1. Plans: Enterprise

CI People Directory Enhancements & Improvements

  1. Restored Managed User Group Admin page to improve permission and user group management
    1. Restored Member Activity page
    2. Restored Track Group Reviews page
  2. Revised minimum star rating in Search
  3. Improved Review star count logic
  4. Improved Connections and Reviews logic for greater accuracy

CI People Directory Bug Fixes:

  1. Fixed issue affecting the Country Expertise filter for firms with private lawyer directories

  2. Resolved profile export timeout issue caused by large docket integration payloads

What's Next:

We continue to restore Legacy CI features and stabilize data streams. Upcoming releases will include profile merge capabilities to minimize duplicates across roles.
