CI integrates Daubert Tracker data to enhance expert and judicial profiles with documented challenge history. This allows CI users to evaluate experts more effectively and understand judicial habits regarding expert testimony during expert selection, preparation, and case strategy.

How CI Obtains the Data

CI licenses Daubert Tracker data on behalf of its clients and integrates it from prepared monthly exports. Additionally, no direct API connection is required.

  • Delivery method: CI delivers Monthly structured data exports prepared by Daubert Tracker

Where Data Appears in CI and How to Access

Daubert Tracker data is surfaced throughout CI’s People Directory to support expert research and judicial analysis. This data powers Expert Witness Challenge filters, expert profile insights, and judicial ruling views.

To access Daubert Tracker data on expert profiles, select the “Expert Challenges” tab and use the Expert Challenge filters on the left side of the page. To access Daubert Tracker data on judicial profiles, select the “Expert Challenges” tab.

Expert Witness Profiles

On an Expert Witness’s profile, Daubert Tracker appears as challenge indicators and summaries within expert profiles, allowing users to quickly access prior admissibility scrutiny and outcomes.

To access more details about a specific challenge or ruling, select the challenge title or click “See more” to view the full record.

Judge Profiles

On a Judge’s profile, Daubert Tracker data shows how individual judges have ruled on challenges to expert testimony, providing insight into a judge’s tendencies and decision-making patterns related to admissibility.
